There is nothing more exciting than reaching into the mail box and finding Happy Mail... something from a far away friend or family member that is unexpected and instantly puts a smile on your face. Guide your child in the art of correspondence as they create their own Happy Mail to send off to someone special this month.

Take Flight Layout

 

Spread your wings and fly! Create this fanciful layout at the Art Bar this month using patterned paper from We R Memory Keepers while playing die cuts, stamping, and glittering techniques as well! Make this layout be the *push* you need to get that camera out and snapping photos of your favorite Spring activities.

we are taking special requests for any My Favorite Things stamps OR dies you would like. We will collect the requests until close on tuesday April 26th, and then place the order on wednesday.

Spring Note Jotter

 

Spring is in the air and its time to get crackin' on all those lovely sunny day to-do lists. Make sure one of the tasks you cross off your list is "bring the kiddos to Colorful Creations to play at the Art Bar"! This month we have designed a playfully cheerful note-taker that is sure to put a sunny smile on the face of your little ones.

 

 

 

 

Romantic Tin

 

If you are a shabby-chic paper crafter, this month's Art Bar project is for you! Create a sweet vintage-inspired tin with an adorable mini accordion book inside to gift to a loved one (or keep for yourself). This quick little project is perfect to have on hand for a last minute thank-you present or a reminder to someone you love that they are special to you. After you put this tin together, you will be amazed at how easy it will be to recreate the idea in a variety of themes!

 

 

April vacation is almost here, sign your kids up for a fun stamping class!

Does your little one love to stamp and create?  This class will be the perfect place for them to learn a little bit about the basics of stamping and cardmaking.  Melissa Meece will guide the kids through making some cute all occasion cards for them to take home and at the same time teach them how to properly use and care for their stamps, ink pads and markers.  Children 5 and under should be accompanied by an adult.
